DKB 5Reps 1-2-3 add 5 & 6

1) Clean,

2) Clean & Front Squat

3) Alt snatch w/ KB at side
on 3rd set increase snatch Volume to low & high pull then snatch

4) pull up & chin up

5) Deck Squat

6) One Arm Clean & Jerk
