10 Reps – 60 Seconds Press Left & Right

3 Reps- 90 Seconds- Get Up- Left & Right

Every 2 ½ Minutes – 8 Rounds
5 Reps- Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Ring Rows
10 Reps- Jerk, Push Press ( 5 L & R)
15 Reps- Swings, RKC or WKC ( Alternate Rounds L & R)
20 Reps- Mountain Climbers
30 Reps- Jump Rope
