Practice : 2 KB Snatch, Forward Lunge with -same side- Snatch, Halo, Cleans, Round the Worlds, Figure 8 to Snatch: Increase Weight as you PRACTICE
WOD: 1 Ladder w/ 5 Rungs, Clean & Press
